OUR MISSION:
We serve all individuals in need by acquiring and distributing food, clothes, and other necessities to those who cannot afford them—because no one should go without basic needs.
Need Help? We’re Here for You
If you or someone you know is in need of food or clothing, we are here to help—no questions asked. The Memphis Food & Clothing Pantry offers free groceries, fresh produce, baked goods, and clothing to individuals and families facing financial hardship.
Pantry Hours:
- Monday – 11:00 AM until supplies run out (Food only; no meat or clothing)
- Thursday – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Food & clothing available)
- First Saturday of each month – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Food & clothing available)
- Community Refrigerator – Open 24/7, stocked with fresh food items and accessible to all.
We serve hundreds of families each month and do our best to ensure everyone leaves with something. No ID or paperwork is required. Just come as you are.
How You Can Help
Together, we can make a difference. Here’s how you can support the Pantry:
Donate Food or Clothing
We accept new and gently used clothing (especially seasonal items), non-perishable food, fresh produce, baked goods, hygiene products, and more. Donations can be dropped off during pantry hours or by appointment.
Make a Financial Gift
Your donations help us rescue and distribute over 900,000 pounds of food each year and support families through holiday boxes, toy drives, and year-round services.

We welcome individuals, families, youth groups, and businesses to volunteer—whether it’s sorting clothes, packing boxes, or serving on-site during pantry hours.
