Mission
Our mission as an international charity is to change lives through the compassion and commitment of dedicated staff and volunteers delivering sustainable, high-impact, community-based services to the poor and needy.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me…Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

With a heart to serve, and supported by a local advisory board, the Memphis Chapter of HOPE worldwide has partnered with numerous organizations to improve the lives of individuals living in the Shelby County area.
In addition to The Memphis Church, current local partnerships of HOPE worldwide include: the Memphis Police Department, the Memphis Fire Department, the Salvation Army, Dorothy Day House, and the American Red Cross, to name a few.
